Foot MassagerI love massages. Love, love, love them. If I hit lotto, I think I would have three personal masseuses come to my house everyday: one for me, one for my husband and one for my younger son (my older son does not like them - obviously we don't know where he gets this from).
But, let's face it, a decent massage costs at least $60 an hour. The problem is I love, love, love, love eating out more (that's four loves). So the massages get put on the back burner.
Ginza Tanaka Jewelers in Japan has come out with a solid gold foot massager for $120K. For those cost conscious people, they also have a solid silver one for a mere $5,000.
Finally, a cost effective way to get a massage. I could get a gold foot massager for $120K. Think of the money I would save by buying one. For the cost of 2,000 massages, I could get one gold foot massager. I will break even in no time.
Seriously, I can see how someone could in their sick minds justify spending a ton of money for a diamond TV (Have Money to Burn? Pay $130,000 for a TV) or a diamond cell phone (Have Money to Burn? Pay $1.3 Million for a Cell Phone). They watch TV every day and use the cell phone every day. But who has so much money that they can justify buying a $120K foot massager. Let's see ... 2,000 massages or one foot massager.
Have money to burn for this gold foot massager? Pay me instead, I would do a much better job. I guarantee it. Thanks for the scoop Luxist.

Foot Massager
Submitted on March 14th, 2007 by Anonymous (not verified)I can't tell from the photo how it works or where it is placed, but I'm guessing that it would be possible during foot insertion to get a toe jam.
