Regarding the first picture

Is it the man or is it the dog who is trying to look like the other? The dog's fur on its head looks artificial, so maybe the dog wants to look more like his best friend?

Also, the dog looks fake--is it a stuffed animal? If so, the man should eat as much as he can so that he, too, can be stuffed.
