Add Some Colour And Life To An Engraving

Extremely different from most DIYs, this creative project uses an artistic touch that delivers a bright, outstanding result.

Like the dragon used for this design, multi-layered acrylic engravings are extremely detailed and awesome to look at. So to create a rise in the “scale of awesome”, one individual has decided to add some colour to engravings by using LED lights.

Creating an engraving could be the difficult part, but teaming up with someone who does that sort of stuff will make this project easier. As shown in the creator’s example, using LEDs to add a vibrant look isn’t that hard at all. Once you’ve created a finished product, you can use the engraving to add a creative touch to your desk, coffee table or even kitchen counter.
